Casting: Mother-Daughter Short Film ("Bruce, Bruce We Love You")

Project Description: Short film by New York non-profit organization, directed by award-winning filmmakers Kadi Tsang and Katusha Jin. After failing to connect with her daughter and the society around her, she's forced to rethink the actions that need to be taken in the new country she must now call home

Roles:

• Tiffany (8-12, female) - Lead. A bubbly and friendly young girl who is also sensitive to others' emotions; she loves her mother dearly and also enjoys her time helping out in the community. Must be able to understand basic Cantonese and speak fluent English.

• Leona (40, female) - Lead. A loving single mother who is struggling to provide for her daughter; she is hardworking and tends to be slightly over-protective. Must be able to speak fluent Cantonese.

Production Company: Art Avenue Productions

Dates: 3 days in mid-October, 2023

Shooting Location: New York

Distribution: Video and stills for club website and screens, and direct promotion only.

Compensation: Stipend, travel, meals and footage provided.
