Voting Member Registration

The winners of the Open Category of the Babel Film Awards are determined by voting members who are invested in the success of student filmmakers in Hong Kong.

If you qualify, you can register here to become a voting member. Voting members receive private screeners of nominated films, and submit ballots with their picks for each category. They remain eligible to submit films for the Awards, and can vote (including for their own films, if nominated) as long as they submit their ballot each year. Newly nominated filmmakers can only become voting members beginning the next Awards.

To qualify as a voting member, you must be:

• A filmmaker or film industry member

• A student currently enrolled in film school

• A past nominee of the Babel Film Awards

• A film teacher
