Want your teen to tell compelling stories? Podcasts are one of today’s fastest-growing media formats, but most teens don’t know how to create their own podcast shows, which means they miss out on storytelling skills relevant to our digital age. In this camp, students will discover the creative possibilities of podcasting by creating an original podcast episode. This summer, they will:
Learn to write, record and edit a podcast episode
Produce an original podcast episode about a personal interest
Feel inspired by the potential to tell stories in new ways
Work with teachers who have professional experience in creative industries
New students are welcome, and no prior experience or special equipment needed. Parents/guardians are invited to a Showcase in the last class. Limited to 8 students only, so enroll now to not miss out on making your own podcast!
