Want to know how to act for films and TV? Screen acting is the most popular form of acting in todayʼs world of entertainment, but students rarely learn how to perform for the screen, which means they will not be prepared for acting opportunities that have the highest potential to reach a wide audience. In this course, students will discover the creative possibilities of screen acting by performing in a blockbuster movie scene. This summer, they will:
Learn to portray characters for film and TV
Create a blockbuster movie screen performance
Feel confident in acting for film and TV projects
Work with teachers who have professional screen acting experience
No prior experience or specialized equipment are required. Parents/guardians are invited to a Showcase on the last class. Limited to 8 students only, so enroll now to not miss out on the fun of screen acting!
