Mentorship

Build a creative portfolio.

Is your teen interested in film and media arts? It can be difficult for students to find support for creative subjects. Without the right guidance, they might not be able to show their creative potential to others.

Mentorship provides students aged 13-18 with personalized guidance in film and media arts, including for university application films, IB Film, IB CAS projects and more.

1-on-1 professional guidance.

University Acceptances

All of our mentees who have graduated have been accepted to top film schools and universities with their Mentorship projects.

Details

Each term of Mentorship involves 10 hours of meeting sessions between the mentee and mentor, who is assigned based on relevant experience and availability. Depending on mentees’ needs, sessions cover:

  • Project design tailored to mentee’s interests

  • Creative and technical skills development

  • University applications, including selection and prep

  • Portfolio building and resume review

  • Support on IB DP Film and BTEC Creative Media

Mentees planning to apply to film school can also enter our Film School Track, which ensures progress towards strong application materials.

I just saw the video yesterday, and thought it was really excellent. Tim has learned a lot from the documentary. A huge thank you!
